RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for no shows, cancellations or in the event you are not satisfied with your portrait/reading for any reason. We do not provide reschedules for appointments that are missed for any reason.

In the event you cannot make it to your appointment, you are welcome to have a friend go in your place by forwarding them your order confirmation email. They will need to present your bona fide order confirmation email upon arrival in bona fide order to use your appointment. If they are not able to provide your bona fide order confirmation email, they will be unable to use your appointment. Friends can only use your appointment on the specific date and at the specific time your appointment was scheduled for.
